Freight & Import Responsibilities
Worldwide shipments are dispatched via premier carriers like DHL and FedEx. Unless explicitly noted otherwise in your proforma invoice,clients assume responsibility for local import taxes and customs duties.

Accepted Payment Options
We accommodate bank wire transfers, telegraphic transfers (T/T), and PayPal (with applicable transaction fees included).Flexible credit terms can also be arranged for long-term partners following a formal review.

Sample Availability Prior to Bulk Production
Absolutely, we offer pre-production samples to review before committing to a full manufacturing run. Sample fees are credited back toward your final bulk invoice once the main order is locked in. Please note that clients are responsible for the express courier shipping costs associated with sample delivery.

Delivery Speed & Transit Times
We dispatch all consignments through high-priority air networks like DHL Express and FedEx International Priority. Shipments generally arrive within 3 to 7 business days, varying by your specific location. Comprehensive tracking information is sent out immediately upon dispatch.

Do you provide custom branding and packaging services?

How do you handle color matching?
We calibrate our dyes directly against the Pantone TPX or TC standards you supply. While we implement strict quality controls to guarantee high color fidelity, minor shade variations can occasionally happen across different fabric blends and production dye lots.

Is it possible to change an order after submitting it?
Alterations are permitted strictly before manufacturing commences. Once your design is finalized and production is underway, any adjustments can lead to extended delivery schedules and extra service fees.
